Disappointing service from Game customer care

Game's service is pathetic! Be it online or in store. They have no customer service ethics! It's disgusting. I've purchased a TV unit in the 23 Nov 21. I have recieved the unit and immediately reported the damage on the unit. 2 weeks later, I'm still awaiting them to give me feedback. With numerous emails, calls to the customer service. Yet no feedback! I'm really disappointed in the service. Worst place to purchase from!!
