disappointing service

I bought a play-station online 3 days ago. Today i wake up to see that Game has refunded me no explanation... i call the call center to find out what the problem is and i was told there is no stock available. what is frustrating me is when i go online the play station is on promotion again at a cheaper price the promotion ends 19th May today is the 6th . no one could give me and explaining , i ma still waiting for a call back i doubt ill get one
