Disappointing Service at Game Store, Galleria Mall

I recently purchased a Skottle Braai from the Game store at Galleria Mall, and I am thoroughly disappointed with both the service and the lack of professionalism. Two staff members assisted me and told me that the Skottle Braai does not come with the pipe stem and that I would need to purchase it separately. Based on this advice, I purchased the pipe stem.

When I got home, I discovered that the pipe stem was actually included with the Skottle Braai, meaning I had purchased it unnecessarily. I had to drive all the way back to the store to return the extra pipe.

What made this experience even worse was the poor customer service and unhelpful attitude of the staff, including the manager. There was no apology or attempt to resolve the issue, and the overall attitude was dismissive and unprofessional.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and would not recommend shopping at this store. It's clear that customer care is not a priority here.
