Disappointing service at Game Store City View Durban

I am sorely disapointed by the lack of service, management as well as honesty displayed by Game Stores at City View in Durban. As per the national specials catalogue, they displayed a kids bike for R399 running from 28/06/2018 - 30/06/2018. I went in on the 27/06/2018 and was advised by an employee that they have it instock and that I should return the next day for the special price. I went in today and was advised that they do not have stock. They urged me to take another bike instead by I wanted what I cam for and asked them to get it from another store. No calls the entire day to inform me so I called and they said there is no stock at any of the stores. I called other stores nearby and they have the stock. Completely disappointing by the lack of honesty, management and that I wasted my time for two days going there.
