Disappointing service

So my friend lay buyed a fridge from Game Stores before lockdown because she wanted to get a better one than the one she has. So now with everything that is going on, she doesn't see the need for a new fridge and wants her money back. This afternoon she went to Game Stores and they have informed her that they do not offer refunds during Level 4. She needs the money for other essential things as she received a salary cut. She will not be able to continue with the lay buy and if level 4 continues, she may not get her money back. So pretty much donated her hard earned money to Game Stores.
