Disappointing service

It's been close to 2 weeks my order hasn't been delivered, I sent an email and got a response on how my order will be dispatched and delivered because the 7 working days weren't up, it's been more than 7 days now and no word about my order. I want my money, I'm so disgusted by the poor service delivery meanwhile we pay and things don't get delivered. Never ordering from them ever again
