Disappointing Service

I very disappointed out the service I got from Game Menlyn; on the 22/11/2018 I went to buy the swimming pool combo that was on Black Friday countdown special and they didn't have all items so they made me a callback voucher & they told me I can use other branches if they have stock, so I went to on 30/11/18 & they didn't have all the stock and they checked at Menlyn and they confirmed to me that I should go to Menlyn cause on their system it showed that they had all the item on stock, so on the 02\12\2018 I went there spend almost 2 hours in the shop and paid for my full stock & they said they had only 6 pool covers but wasn't in the store and gave me 1 item which they said they only had at hand yet they never went to check in the store room even though they said that they said that it in their wearhouse which they get it for me during the week and will call me to collect it before the end of next week, so they arranged that I collect the pool frame at Blood and the noodles, when I get there I was given 1 noodle instead of three & they said it was what was captured, on their invoice so they referred me back to them. I did follow up with them numerous times left my number and they promise to call back & they never did, I even tried to complain to the store manager who dismissed me without listening to my full story & referred me to the departmental manager who never answered the phone for more that 3 minutes was holding until I spoke to another staffmember who took my number and said he will call back after checking the store room but he never did, I log a complain via their website on 12/12/18 till today no contact was made and my pool its getting dirty every day due to not having a cover and I can't manage to keep it clean. Only after I went on my complain an informed them that I never received any feedback then SMS from Game on 19/12/2018 was sent to say I must come to collect my pool cover and no mentioned about the noodles or call of apology nothing, it disappointing cause they always had stock but I had to wait for almost a month for my paid good
