Disappointing online ordering service

Pathetic online shopping services. This is the second time I order something which appears as available on Game website only for the order to be canceled the next day due to "unavailable stock". Sometimes you fnd that it's just a couple of items unavailable when you inquire by calling but the whole order gets canceled. I did all my stationery shopping with Game since I felt it would be convenient for obvious reasons and now I'm told via email that the whole order has been canceled. This is infuriating and a total waste of my time. Had the website indicated that some of the items are bot available, I would not have wasted my time ordering with them. Also why can't Game be kime other retailers in that if an item is unavailable at a particular store, they can get if for you from the nearest. It's ridiculous to punch in my location and have the website say that an itis available and then later it's no longer available yet there are still nearby Game stores that have stock. I'm utterly disgusted and disspointed by the online service.
