Disappointing Experience with Samsung QLED Purchase

I recently purchased a Samsung QLED 55-inch TV at Game Somerset Mall during a promotion. Unfortunately, I discovered that the unit was sold out, and only the display unit was available. This was disappointing, especially since it was the last day of the promotion. When I asked for clarity regarding a discount on the display unit, the sales assistant refused to call the manager. This lack of assistance and transparency was frustrating, as I expected better customer service, especially for a product that had been used for demonstration purposes. I hope Game Somerset Mall can address this issue and improve their customer service, ensuring that all customers receive fair treatment and clear communication.
