Disappointing customer service (****** store)

Very disappointed with Game services (Midlands Mall PMB), well depending on your skin color. I would not recommend buying a television set from this store. A friend purchased a 32" JVC smart TV from Game. After 3 months of use, the TV would turn on with no picture. He had taken it back to Game and exercised his right to a replacement. The TV was assessed at store to which they found no fault on the customers end and he then received a gift card the very same day. I have purchased a Hisense TV just over two weeks ago and is having the IDENTICAL problem as my friends TV set. Game refuses to give me a replacement for the same day yet was able to give my friend for the same day. Basically it is because he is a white guy and I'm treated differently for my skin color. I will ensure that the general public is made aware that customers are treated based on their skin color rather than the actual issue. Very upset with this store. Expected much better service.
