Disappointing Customer Service from Game

Ucan Built-In Cupboard Order - 2 Months and Still Not Fulfilled

We are deeply disappointed and frustrated with the poor customer service we have received from Game regarding our purchase of a Ucan built-in cupboard.

We purchased the cupboard on 1 December 2024, and as of 28 January 2025, our order has still not been fulfilled. This has been a long and frustrating ordeal, and the lack of accountability and communication from your team has been unacceptable.

Here is a summary of our experience: 1. On 7 January 2025, we were contacted by the courier to arrange delivery. However, when the courier arrived, he only had the cupboard doors and not the complete unit. 2. We followed up with Game and were informed that the other box was left behind by mistake. 3. Since then, we have been forced to constantly follow up with your customer service team, as no one has provided us with feedback or updates. 4. Whenever we request to speak to a manager, we are told that they are either busy or in a meeting. This has happened repeatedly, making it impossible to escalate our concerns.

Today, after yet another follow-up call, we spoke to Ayabulela, who informed us that the complaints agent is busy with our query. When we once again requested to speak to a manager, we were told, yet again, that they are in a meeting.

As customers, we feel neglected and frustrated by the complete lack of accountability and urgency shown by your team. It is shocking that nearly two months later, our issue has not been resolved.

The way your managers handle customer complaints is a direct reflection of your company's customer service culture. Based on our experience, it appears that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Game.

We expect immediate action to resolve this matter and ensure that our order is delivered in full. We also urge Game to seriously reconsider how it handles customer queries and escalations, as this level of service is simply unacceptable.
