Disappointing credit services Game / RCS

I cant seem to get any kind of assistance from Game/ RCS credit department. I've had my store card for 5 years now and recently app**** for a limit increase in store. I was told that it has been provisionaly approved pending my ID copy and payslips, these were then emailed over a week ago yet I have not recieved any feedback. I have called their credit department twice, bothe agents told me that the documents have been recieved, yet i still get automated messages asking me to send through documents. I also app**** for a cash advance on the 11th of feb which reflected on my account yet the funds have yet to be recieved. Call center agents are very pleasant but the companys service is disappointing.
