Disappointed with the level of service

I'm so disappointed, 2 to 3months ago bought a speaker at game in less than a month it didn't work, took it back saw something different putted it on laybye with unfortunate the store I laybye on was looted, went to game carnival a sales man called Sibongseni assisted on the 28/08, he promised manager will call me the manager called on the 31/08 she said they can't help me i need to wait for the store to open told her the is a special and I want that special she promised to call back the following day on the 1/09 till today I'm waiting for her call. So game if the store takes a year or 2 should I wait on you, it's not fair, can I have my money in that case.
