Disappointed with the estimated delivery date

I received a call from Customer service last week saying that I will receive my PS5 this week. It was a courtesy call to say it will arrive this week before Christmas. Today I called Customer service and they told me they're still waiting on stock from Suppliers. So why have other suppliers already delivered and stuck to their delivery date? Why does Game advertise 16th to 23rd December if they cannot live up to it? I do not even have a tracking number from the courier. I expected more from Game.
