Disappointed with Game store

Good day I bought a stainless steel braai stand from game at trade route mall lenasia. I was disappointed to see that it was damage. I had to travel 30km back to the store to exchange it. Total I traveled 60km. I wasn't even compensated for my petrol and parking. I spoke to the store manager and she was very unhelpful. This is not my first time I had a problem with merchandise I bought from the lenasia store. Now I feel that the lenasia store sell mostly reject item. I will never support game in the future.
