Disappointed with Game store

Good day,

I went to No2 Game premises North Brand Road in Boksburg today to pay and change my cell phone number, The lady I spoke to At Game,called the person who was supposed to help me,and informed her/him that I was there to change my cell number,to thier conversation,the person who was supposed to help me,asked the lady my Race,she then said I'm black,that person over the phone told the lady to tell me to come back after an Hour, I asked the lady at the tesk ,why would he ask my race,she said she doesn't know,HIS OR HER NAME IS MABUYANE,

So my question and concern is that,why are we being treated like that as Blacks,and why would I wait or come back after an hour after knowing my Race,which Race is important,?
