Disappointed with Game Service

A month ago I purchased a fridge HI Sense 670 litre , R9999 , The fridge was delivered with defects , I returned the fridge , once again after 4 days a new fridge was delivered with a huge scratch running across . I went into store to complain , they basically said no stock and apologies for the error /defects , I then was told I had to wait for delivery 2 week or so . I waited almost 4 weeks before stock came in , This again was a weekly follow up from me , there was no courtesy call to advise me the fridge is back in stock . Now the fridge is in stock as I went into store Games the Glen to complain to the Manager , I am yet again just hanging on for Games ..waiting 2 days for delivery . I continuously have to call the store to follow up on my delivery . The service I received is appalling , I have bought and supported games for years . I do not recommend appliance purchase as you will just get moved from pillar to post . Very disappointed customer , Games simply do no care .
