Disappointed with Game Online shopping experience

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Game. If my order isn’t delivered today, my relationship with the store will end here.

Firstly, the delivery date shown online doesn’t match the information provided by staff. On top of that, the staff members themselves give conflicting information, showing a lack of empathy and consistency. It feels as though they are solely focused on making a sale, forgetting that there’s a real person behind each purchase.
