Disappointed with Game

So last time I sent a review, they responded to me that the Agent is going to call me regarding this matter. I waited, no one called me. Until I called them, I was told that the Washing machine was returned 4 times which I don't know of,automatically they were supposed to refund me the money.. The lady I spoke to was very sweet and apologetic about this issue. She said I must send my banking details so that they can refund me. I'm hoping they'll refund me as soon as possible. This has been draining to me because I didn't expect this from Game. I'm actually disappointed.
