Disappointed with game

So disappointed with game. I placed an order for a bicycle for my son on 03 October as it's his birthday tomorrow (11 Oct 2023). Until today, 10 October the bicycle has not been delivered. I followed up on Monday on the status of my order and I was told that my order was returned to the store due to me not being contactable, no one tried to contact me! I gave them gave them my contact numbers, alternative numbers, address and what to do but today they returned back with my order because they claim they could not get ahold of me. I called customer care countless times only to be told that the courier people were given incorrect numbers!!!!No I am here, its the 10th, my son does not have his birthday gift, and I have no money to be buying him another gift!!!I am so disappointed!!!!!!I still have no idea when this bicycle will be delivered!!!!I called customer care so many times and they keep telling me they will investigate and contact me back...Its now 9:00 pm, its my son's birthday tomorrow and I still do not have a gift for me and no money to buy another gift.My order number ***.
