Disappointed on black friday

Today,black friday, I bought a Samsung TV at game wonder park, which is a stone throw to my home. Upon arrival at home, I switched on the TV set and it had a very thin scratch on the screen that and what looked leaking ink, i immediately returned the TV and tried to get an exchange and they quickly dismissed my redress saying I had damaged the TV. Late in afternoon, I went back again, asked for the store manager and he also refused for an exchange. I am sooo upset. PLS HELP.
