Disappointed in Ladysmith Game

I am very disappointed with our local Game store in Ladysmith, I went in to buy an xbox one that is on special for R3799 which includes the console, 2 remotes and 3 games. I waited around for 15min while someone was trying to find the merchandise, after about 20min eventually some comes back to me and states that everything is in stock except for the 2 remotes. Now my question is that how can everything in the package deal be available except for the remotes. I was then offered that if I want, I can pay for everything and wait a week or two untill the remotes arrived. It is also not the first time that this has happend to me at ou local Game store
