Disappointed in games service

Game store at clear water mall. I am extremely disappointed in your service. I booked a swimming pool and paid for it because your online page said you had 2 in stock. Only to drive all the way there to be told its sold out. I would not have paid for it if I had known this as I must now wait 7 days for a refund. With what money must I now buy another pool. I'm really disappointed in your service.#Game
