Disappointed from game store

I made an online purchase from game store on the 30th of november i was told il receive in 5-7 days it was difficult for me to track my order online tried to called toke more than 30 minutes to be assisted on my phone the service was bad il never order from game ever again I only received my order on Friday the 9th at half past 9 at nyt but when I called around 10am on the 9th I was told it's out on delivery il received my order by 8pm I had to wait n not slp cs I was waiting fr it when the driver got here he told me if I ddnt receive it today I was gonna receive it next week by Thursday he only dd me a favor cs am not far from his place. When they got here is was raining the box was in bad condition which I toke picture's of n also the purchase order was also not in good condition the service it's bad if I had to return it I would it's water damaged M not happy at all it was the first n last il never ever order from game
