Disappointed

I went to Game to return the iron because it is not working and the iron is still under the 1 year guarantee.plus an extra year guarantee of registration online ,When I got to the store, I was told that the appliance only has a 10 day guarantee and even the box it's written 1 year guarantee and additional year guarantee,I am so disappointed at Game store they wasted my time my petrol and my energy.They say customers like me can cripple the shop.So why are they selling the appliances written 1 year guarantee whereas they are 10 days guarantee,
