Disappointed customer in Game Jeffreys Bay & Cell C

I have been a loyal customer of Cell c for the last 12+ years. Been getting my cell phone contracts & upgraded by Game for the last 6+ years. Now i app**** for a new cell c line at our local Game store. The line was approved but Cell C can't assist by activating my contract. This has been going on for the last two weeks. I am very disappointed in both Game & Cell C for not resolving the issue between them. Don't have sales people in place that can't help you or equip them with the right tools to do there job! The client is the one in the middle and if you don't want our business close your doors!!!
