Disappointed Customer

I have been a customer of Game Stores (RCS) for many years and recently purchased a refrigerator and a Trojan Treadmill. I also wanted to purchase an Asus laptop as it was advertised as a "Special". It was sold out! The Rising Sun, Chatsworth dated 5 May 2021, again advertised Game Stores Asus laptop special at R4499.00. Because of my previous experience of this not being in stock, I phoned the Pavilion branch to enquire whether there was stock, and lo and behold, the salesperson said there was no stock! This is false advertising and I would have driven there in vain! I asked the salesman why was the advert in the newspaper and he rep**** that it could not be withdrawn, so this has been advertised for over 2 weeks with no stock. The other branches also did not have stock. This is not the first time that Game had an advert without having stock!
