I bought a washing machine around November 2018. About 5 weeks ago my washing machine was making a terrible sound. I tried calling the number on the website and they put my call through to game Westgate with no answer. This went on for about a week.

I finally had to take off work to go into the store. While I was at the washing machine department, the phones were ringing and was not answered.

The sales consultant told me that someone will call me within 2 days to come and check the machine out.

3 says later no one came and I had to call again while no one answered. A week later the guy came on a Friday afternoon saying that they're going to order a new drum because the drum is broken and someone will come the next Tuesday.

The next Wednesday still no one came and once again the Friday 25 January I had to go into the store. I took the washing machine back telling them that I want a new one not for my drum to be replaced.

I spoke to the female manager and the way she went on that she doesn't belive that I've been trying to resolve this issue for a month.

They took the washing machine and said they will call me Monday. They didn't phone me Monday so Tuesday (yesterday) I called the Westgate branch, they put me through to the manager and she never answered.

I'm utterly disgusted in the service from such a big company and I regret opening an account with them.
