Disappointed customer

Good Day,

My husband and I was at Game Promenade in Mitchell's Plain on the 17 December hoping to buy us a new fridge. My credit was to not enough so we went over to the credit desk. Tania that was on duty that day 'assisted us'. We ask her what we need to do regarding increasing my credit. Tania did not acknowledge us at all. She answered our question with her face in her phone the entire time. Not once did she put her phone down and talk to us like human beings.

To make matters worse ,she told us , Don't buy a fridge now and return it in January, because all of you guys do this ( verbatim) This did not sit well with me at all, how can she belittle a customer like that. Is this the people you have working in your stores? After the insult to continued playing on her phone! My husband and I are not people to make a scene Infront of people but we were clearly upset and disappointed in the service received at Game.
