Disappointed

Pathetic service !!!! I bought a iron online and was told that the person collecting would just need a QR code. When my mom who is a pensioner went to collect the iron she was sent corner to corner where everyone refused to assist her, they did not even bother with the QR code. She was told to return with a till slip. She left there confused and without her iron. She is a pensioner and has to wait for next pension date to go back to the store as she does not have transportation money for the up and down. This is totally unacceptable!!! Doing business with Game West street, Durban is definitely not recommended. The staff is unhelpful, especially to the elderly
