Disappointed by untrained Game staff

i went to Thohoyandou game store to review my Gift registry which was done in Johannesburg CBD, the lady by the name of Lizzy mashamba who was assisting me was very rude and not trained, i asked her that i want to see my registry, and she started opening a bunch of files, and i said you won't be able to find it in your file because it was not done in these shop, she ignored me and i insisted and she then said she dont know how to use a computer and the only person who can help me is Off work today i must come tomorrow, and i said refer me to the manager im sure he/she knows how to operate your computer system, she didn't respond and she started assisting people behind me, and i asked her what must i do, and she said i must leave a store, cause im delaying other people and i left the store without being assisted after travelling from messina.
