Disappointed bike customer

I bought a bike for my son from home Southgate mall on Black Friday of 2025, got home put the bike together and my son road the bike for a few hours. Later the break broke off just from him riding the bike. Took the bike back the next day and the gave him a new bike Since then the bike has been giving endless problems . We had to replace the break system then the chain kept on snapping. I'm very disappointed with the quality of this bike. It was a white quest bike bmx 20inc.
