Disappointed at Game Somerset Mall

On the 11th of January 2023 I took my Telefunken TV 42 inch that I bought at Game Somerset Mall to be fixed.Since then there have been no communication and I have been to the store more four times and I am always told that lady that deals with such matters is on lunch. Disappointed at Game.
