Disappointed at GAME Cresta

I returned a gas heater that is not working at Game Cresta and was taken for repairs. I wasn't even given the option of getting another working heater. I am now sitting at home waiting for 25+ working days to receive my heater back. I am so disappointed with GAME Stores.
