Disappointed and without a Gazebo

Good Day I am so disappointed with Game Store and I order online without fail every MONTH from Games. I ordered a Gazebo on 25 November and to date I have not received my item. I sent several emails to follow up with my order then first they take 3 days to respond by saying the busy working on it. I called twice and the told me I should expect delivery by 10 December. It is 23 December and I have not received my item as yet. I have since received an email stating my Gazebo was delivered which is NOT the case. I am not getting any joy with my follow up. I have been patient and wanted my item by 24 December. I have always been happy with Game, but they disappointed me
