Disappointed and frustrated customer.

I bought a tv in 2019 from games.it came with 5 years warranty.the tv is not working now the receipt is faded out.they made me go to the bank and pull out a statement I paid cash for tv.its been 3 weeks now initially a technician will pick up tv from me now I must take it to a store,thereafter it will take games 3 weeks to look threw archives for duplicate receipt then send it in.the closest store from me is far look at the running around I have to do.ref no ***.contact no :***.
