Disappointed

I bought Logik Urn at Game in Kokstad ,I bought it for my mother who lives in Bizana she only used it twice and she started experiencing problems sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't,so I took it Game @ Gateway the lady that assisted said they won't exchange nor refund even though I have explained to her that I can't be going back and forth with the Urn she then advised that I should take it back to Kokstad.
