Disappointed

I made a purchase of suv car mats last month up until today I haven’t received them . I made a follow up and they said the mats are not available and they are going to refund me , my question is how do you debit my account knowing exactly that the mats are not available on stock ? They said they will refund me but I have been waiting in vain . I want my money 💵 back . I am very disappointed with your poor service
