Disappointed

I'm standing here at Rustenburg mall Game... I arrived here at 15:50pm...I want to cancel my application with the lady called Ivory cause their service is very poor... A lady wearing a Vodacom t-shirt I think her name is Dimakatso (I can't clearly see the name cause it's small font) , when I arrived, I greeted her, she answered like someone who doesn't want to answer... Now after 30min of waiting for Ivory, the guy called her, she came, she didn't greet me, she just came to the counter, do what ever she's busy with and chatting with her colleagues, mind you, she has been told that there's a customer that's waiting for her... I'm tired... I'm coming from work... I'm 7months pregnant and I'm standing here with no assistance... there are no chairs, it doesn't even look like anyone is willing to assist me...and it's not even busy cause there's only 2 of us customers here... It's now 17:10pm and I have to lay my head on the counter hence I'm feeling dizzy for standing here unattended... This is the third time I complain about the service here and nothing seems to change...
