Disappointed!

<p>Today I have bought a Bfit Move band from you. Being really excited to try it as my friend bought one earlier this week and is loving it. Upon opening the case I discovered there is no instructions in although the sales person was very polite and told me which version of the app I need to download. Which app? What is the name of the app? This was easily solved though as my friend had the exact same one and I asked her. Downloaded the app and tried to link the band via the Bluetooth as instructed. No such luck. I checked, the band was fully charged, so that is not the problem. I deleted the app and reinstalled it after trying several times to link it. Again, no such luck. Iasked my friend to assist me with linking the band and the app for me as clearly there is something wrong... She whips out the instruction manual so I can have a look. I asked her where she got that from and she says but it is in the case? Not mine... I read the manual, did everything the way I am suppose to after yet again deleting the app and then reinstalled it the way it is instructed in the manual and again... No luck at all. I read what to do if the band does not connect and follow the instructions and once again NO LUCK!</p> <p>I am very frustrated as I was really excited to get this product that came with praise and now it simply does not work?
