Disappointed
On Saturday I went to Game greenacers to purchase mustard.I was in a rush as I had my son with me and just wanted to get what I needed and get out.I purchased the mustard and after a friend of mine opened it on Sunday and tasted it we realised that it was past the expiry date.I feel that it is not our duty as the customer to check the expiry date as it is their responsibility to make sure that the stock on the shelf should be correct.I am highy disappointed as I am a loyal customer and purchase items there every month

04 Oct 2017, 18:27This morning I received a call from Andre and advised him that I would come in to the store during my lunch between 1-2.Upon my arrival there was no one attending to the service desk and when I eventually found someone to help me get hold of Andre she told me that I need to speak to another manager as when she called him he told her that he was busy with his boss.When I asked her to call him again and tell him that I was there for him I was told that he would shout at her because he's busy.Are we as the customer not important?Do we not come first?When I eventually found someone else to assist me I was told that I could return the mustard for my refund and that she would tell Andre to call me as I had been to the store yet I still await a call from him.I wasted my time and petrol going into the store when I had advised him on the call that I would be there during my lunch.I am highly disappointed in the lack of customer service as I am a loyal customer
