disappointed

I rushed to the nearest game store at soshanguve crossing to get a gift for my valentine on the 13th-02 -2016 and l was so disappointed to arrive there at 16;40 PM and the doors where closed although the board at the entrance says the closing time is 17;00 pm and security ladies at the door were so rude in such a way that am not going to set my foot there anymore and for having the doors closed at 16;40 pm instead of the time they have on the board got me to lost trust in them, l would rather go to a store that keeps its trading hours. l hope that the management and the security on duty that day will answer to this.
