disapointed GAME customer

Hi, i made a purchase online on game stores 1 day half year sale on 30 June 2023. it was for a 40inch hisense smart tv . i went online at 12 midnight and purchased the tv, the order was processed and the money was taken out of my account at 00h25 in the morning. an email was sent to me confirming my purchase and stating that i needed to wait for a 1 time pin to pick up order . on Monday the 3rd July i called GAME to enquire about my tv, i was told the order was being sourced from alberton game and would take 2 to 5 working days. when i called back on Friday 7th July , i was told that the order was cancelled and that the money was already refunded into my account . this is so frustrating that a week later you tell me that my order is cancelled . pathetic service , i enquired with the store at gateway as well, and could not get any joy. up till today nothing has been done. what is the point purchasing an item online and then a week later u get refunded . very disappointed in GAME as all my appliances over the years have been purchased there , that was the last.
