Disapointed and Frustrated

May I register a complain about GAME in Queenstown Nonesi MALL , I really do not believe that a phone that was bought on the 18 of December 2020 can experience betry problems no matter how reckless the person using it, It is very disappointing to report that when my nephew went to report the phone problem was told that they do not give any help on Betry related problems of the phone, I would like to believe the phone atleast should have finished 6 to 12 months months being used. I find it very careless of GAME not to take care of this problem, there is absolutely no way that a brand-new phone can only operate just for a month, for me there is no value for money and customers are not taken care of when I think of this, I am trying to imagine how many people have gone through the same frustration. my plea is to request GAME customer Service to investigate this, The till slip on my possession reflects the purchase date as 18 December 2020 and its only January now the phone is giving problems, NO WAYS. How do you buy a phone for R2799.00 and only works a month ?
