Dirty washing

As displayed as the Best Buy on promotion and newest technology at the entry and exit point of GAME SHELLY BEACH we where dubbed into buying the new 16kg whirlpool top loader.

We placed the Mashine in our laundry at home sold our trustworthy speed queen we departed for holiday with our family to Mozambique we returned with our dirty laundry and as exited as we could be we loaded up our bubble boy, only to be greeted with a sharp sound and a error code display not long after a flooded kitchen water running out the bottom of the Mashine.

Our first port of call we thought pipes where connected wrong, after establishing no human error we proceeded through our flooded laundry kitchen and concluded the Mashine is faulty. We visited the store in Shelly Beach confronted the manager and explained we had several loads of washing to be done after our holiday and are desperate to wash our clothes.

We explained the leaking water and non operational Mashine and our dilema for clean clothes. Their simple reply was “we will log a call to whirlpool SA” 2 days later after emails personal visits bubble nou remains offline?

We have now notified Management should we not have a working Mashine by close of business today 28th December we will have no choice to have our several loads of washing sent to an outsourced laundromat present them with the expenses and if not settled proceed with a small claims court claim.

It’s now a matter of higiene!!!!!
