DIGUSTING SERVICE OF GAME STORE LAKESIDE MALL AND DEFY APPLIANCES

I bought a stove and oven at Game Store (Lakeside Mall - Benoni) about a year , in February of this year i noticed the stove started giving problems with the increasing or decreasing of the heat and would give an error alert on it , which would for you to switch off fthe stove completely and start over again, which is a big inconvenience while in the process of cooking.

In the beginning of March as i was cooking the stove literally caught on fire and stopped working , so i took the stove into the Game Store which i had purchased and i was told there was no need to physically bring it in , all i needed to do was call them and technical team from Defy Appliances would come to my home and repair the stove. i was them requested a job card for repairs on the stove - REF NO : *** , i waited a couple of days for techs to arrive and no one did, untill i called Game Store and was told I needed to follow up with Defy and i did so i spoke to Ishmael the Supervisor and Vennesa Kotze (Manager)

it took about two days after and techs arrived, and the techs told me the problem was the PBV board and was then told they need to order it which would take approximately a week , well to my luck they came back before the week was over and started working on the stove , until they broke the glass and couldn't continue with fix. I told them that i wanted a new stove and they me to Defy AGAIN and tell them what happened , and i did , but to my surprise i received a sms saying my job card was resolved yet i was sitting with a broken stove.

i called Defy Appliances AGAIN and they told me i needed to log another call because the previous one was closed , i did that and requested to speak with Vennessa to escalate the matter - REF NO : ***. i was told techs would be out in two days to help me and no one came , i called Vennessa again and she told me they would come on Friday of the 22 March 2022 and its the 6th of April 2022 and im still without a stove.

iv been calling Game Store (Lakeside Mall ) to speak with store Manager Kevin Bothma and everytime i call Kevin is not available. I am beyond upset at the customer service of Game and Defy and if nothing has happened by the end of this week , hell will break loose , i have been patient and obedient to everything i have been told to do but nothing happened
