Difficulty closing account

On 23 March 2015, my Game statement had an o/s balance of R12 888. I made an EFT payment on that same date for R12 000 and on the 27th March, I paid R900. Game d/orders my account every month. By 1 April 2015, Game did not deduct any money and I received no statement from them during April. On Sunday, 03 May, a debit order went off for R110.50. I was surprised as I had thought my account would have a zero balance. I immediately checked my balance using the *120*727 code and it displayed a zero balance. <br> <br> I e-mailed [Email Removed] to find out why I received a d/order of such a large amt if I am supposed to have a zero bal, but my e-mail was completely ignored. I did receive a \Read"receipt via e-mail. I contacted them a few days later and spoke to a lady who gave me a whole story about interest"
