Difficult to change phone number

I need help. I lost my phone a while back. Now have a new number. I cannot receive the otp to activate my app. You have no online way to change the number i phoned and was cut off 2 times. II got through the third time and the agent asked lot of security questions. Then said I must hold for more questions. Then I ran out of air time. I had R50 on my phone. All gone. I just need to change my number urgently. And I can't call anymore. My ID ***. My new number ***.

The old number I cannot remember but ends with 1177.

It is very frustrating to just change a number and to struggle like this

You really need to make it able to do a simple thing like this online loke all the banks and other businesses.

Not using the old way of holding for ling time on the phone.

I was cut off twice and the third time I ran out of airtime before your agent could assist. It is a long time and money consuming process.
