Different information given
Good day I have a came account , I was given credit of 4600 and only used 3500. I contacted the call center last week to find out about my first installment and the lady I spoke to advised me that she can transfer the credit amount I didn't use into my bank account. I didn't take it then , today I contact the call center asking about that option I'm told that I cannot do that I can only do that after 3 months . Can you please clarify this. Thank you.
