Didn't honour their delivery promise
The bike I purchased and was happy with the price, however I chose same day collection as per their promise on the website, i asked for same day collection at Eastgate but when I arrived I was told the bike was in Cresta, they eventually delivered but I missed a deadline as I needed it on the day of collection
To make matters worse they asked me to review it and they font want to post that I had an issue with they promise that they didn't live up to
